My wife and I had a fantastic four-night stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, our penthouse suite was elegant with a wonderful terrace, and the bed was unbelievably comfy. Breakfast was a treat, especially for my wife who is celiac - they catered perfectly. The location was perfect for exploring the city and was close to the ski slopes.

A truly majestic 5-star experience. Marc, a staff member, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel is gorgeous, rooms have fantastic views, and the staff are pleasant. Definitely one of the best 5-star hotels I've ever been to.

Mixed bag, really. The interior design was lovely and the view was fantastic. Champagne and orange juice for breakfast were a plus. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful with valet parking etc. However, the service was inconsistent, and New Years Eve event made things difficult. My expectations for a 5-star experience weren't fully met.
